AFMR experts developed a collection of preparations (fillings) for products of puff paste, yeasted dough and sandy paste. We offer homogeneous and heterogeneous preparations with slices up to 10 - 12 mm. The fruit content from 20 to 60 %. Packing - aseptic bags 25 kg, buckets with preservative - 13 kg.
We offer thermostable preparations for further baking and preparations which are dosed into end products.
Thermostable preparations possess a specially formulated stabilization system giving them heat stability.
We also offer the collection of preparations (fillings) for end products- croissants, rolls, and gateaux. The collection of fruit preparations can be added with dessert taste preparations - vanilla, chocolate, caramel, nuts etc.
Our NPD experts developed a line of preparations both for open and closed chocolate products. The liquid preparation for chocolate products is produced under the control of water activity parametre. We offer various combinations of tastes, both fruity and dessert ones including fruit or nut slices.
