AGRANA Fruit Moscow region is an expert in fruit preparations used at the production of more than 30 % yoghurts presented in the market of Russia. Our fruit preparations are a component of trade mark products that are widely known all over the world.

We use completely closed system of fruit processing. The finished product is immediately packed in aseptic package that gives greater guarantee of fillers preservation. To carry out thorough quality control, a specimen product of every batch is stored till the expiry date. Laboratory examines the changes of fillers (colour, taste, aroma, consistence) during the period of storage. Analysis results help to improve the formulation of fruit fillers, maximally reduce the loss of gustatory and other organoleptic characteristics.
